THE PIGGYBACK PLUG or "switchplug" is a convenient way to switch power to timers, level alarms, or a footswitch. Simply plug the piggyback plug into the wall and then plug your device into the female end. Power will then be passed through one blade of the plug when switched to "closed".

The Piggyback Plug is a 10 foot long rubber covered cord, type SJOOW. more info (the rubbery flexible type - not the stiff molded plastic kind) It is oil resistant and suitable for outdoor and wet use.

Two 14 gage stranded copper conductors are terminated with crimped-on ferrules. Rated for 15A@120VAC.
