This letter is to respond to the European Union's request for compliance to the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive.  The RoHS directive (2002/95/EC) bans the use of mercury (Hg) Lead (Pb) Chromium VI (Cr) Cadmium (Cd)  Polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) and Polybromintated diphenyl ethers (PBDE) in electronic products sold in Europe as of July1, 2006.

All Gizmo Engineering Products are compliant with the currently released RoHS directive.

Gizmo Engineering products fall under Category 9 "monitoring and control equipment" and are considered exempt from requirements within the RoHS regulations.
